I have an exciting opportunity for HR Business Partner looking to grow, mentor and coach a team.
My client is looking for a HR Business Partner who can provide an operational and strategic service, demonstrating pro-active ownership of people management.
Sitting in the Central HR team, this role will work alongside the Talent Acquisition and Development Executive and HR Assistants to deliver an outstanding HR service that support our people to deliver great outcomes.This role works alongside the Chief HR Officer and managing director to deliver strategic and focused people solutions to meet the commercial, quality objectives of the division. This role will own the core people functions of talent, employee relations, policies and compliance & L&D for their business area. Building a deep insight to the business areas stategic, objectives and priorites. This role will have involvment in ad hoc global people projects.
Significnt HR generalist experience, experience of deliving people initiatives. Knowledge of current trends in people management. Able to build strong relationships with colleagues of all levels of senority, estabilising credibility in their business area and throughout the organisation, you will be the go to person for advice,
