As standalone HR Manager you will manage and deliver the day-to-day HR function for the organisation. You will act as the first point of call for all employees and managers, ensuring all HR related matters are dealt with in an efficient and appropriate manner.

My client is a leading professional service firm with a well-established reputation in its field, with HQ in London.

Description

  • Be a trusted advisor and provide high quality HR advice across all areas of the employee lifecycle
  • Managing all ER cases, including absence, performance, training and development, grievances, disciplinaries, staff morale and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with all areas of the business including senior leadership, EDI and CSR to support with tasks and targets
  • Ensure all company policies are compliant with employment regulations, and preparing HR documentation accordingly
  • Managing the recruitment process end to end - including liaising with recruitment agencies, attending interviews, ensuring the business is recruiting the right individuals who will thrive and deliver results.
  • Managing the full-on boarding and off boarding process including, inductions, probationary and exit interviews.

Profile

  • Experience working in a generalist role, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Demonstrable experience working with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR practice and principles
  • Strong attention to detail with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Offer

12 month FTC

£50-55,000 depending on experience

Package including pension, season ticket loan and study support
