An exciting opportunity has arisen in Wakefield for a HR Systems Coordinator to join an encouraging and supportive HR team.

Client Details

Our client is a leading education provider within Yorkshire, and they are now looking for a HR Systems Coordinator to join their busy HR department. With excellent benefits, including up to 36 days holiday, this organisation is dedicated to their staff's wellbeing and development.


The HR Systems Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and delivery of a new HR system. You will be designing and building user profiles, including setting up new starters, develop and enhance reports, identifying gaps in current system process and testing the enhancements and upgrades. Also provide 1st line support for system queries to the wider employee network.


Candidates wishing to apply should have:

  • Significant iTrent experience
  • Experience of working with IT systems implementation and data extraction
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills

Job Offer
