We are looking for a HR Business Partner to develop and implement a People Plan in partnership with our Senior Managers, aligned to the overall Group People Business Plan. You will proactively build, maintain and foster professional relationships with key members of the management teams and implement People strategies that support the Group Business Strategy and the Organisation's strategic vision and business priorities

Description

Reporting in to the Head of HR, the Regional HR Business Partner will drive the standard in customer care. You will be responsible for aligning business objectives with colleagues and management in your designated businesses. Your duties and responsibilities as a HRBP will be to promote and drive the 'people agenda', add value and bring about positive change, aligned to the HR business plan. To maintain the highest standards of safety, and to meet all legislative and corporate standards. You'll demonstrate the Purpose, Principles, and Ambition (PPA) in all dealings with colleagues, customer and prospects.

The main responsibilities will cover;

  • Recruitment
  • Talent development and succession planning
  • Driving engagement, performance and cultural development
  • Performance management
  • Employee Relations
  • EDI
  • Coaching and advisory support to the Senior Leaders

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a proven operator, ideally in a regional role in a retail environment or similar. You must have demonstrable experience of delivering change and performance improvement

Job Offer

A salary of up to £50,000 plus bonus, company car and flexible working

The role covers sites across the Northwest, Yorkshire, Birmingham and Scotland - travel is an essential part of this role
