Working for a leading construction company
Your new role
You will be working in a wider HR team and responsible for a client base of around 200 guiding them though a period of change. You will support the business strategy with tangible HR activities across the employee lifecycle and will utilise data to help provide insights into decision making. The will be a blend of strategic and operations and requires and confident Business Partner with experience of influence at senior level.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD L7 (or equivalent)
Experience of working in a fast paced and challenging environment
Data driven
Experience of organisational development
