Interim ER Specialist - Hybrid - Henley - Immediate start - Financial Services - c£400-450 per day
I have been briefed on a new Interim ER role, with a financial services business - 1/2 days per week in the office in Henley, other 3/4 days from home. Day rate c350-450 per day inside scope.
Your new company
Working for a matrixed investment management company in Henley. This contract will be a minimum of 3 months, with good chance for extension. Ideally working in the office 2 days a week, but can be flexible.
Your new role
You will be apart of an employee relations team who look after 15,000 employees across EMEA and US. Due to team structure, they are now looking for an ER specialist who can support key stakeholders in the business with core ER queries such as sickness, home working arrangements and performance.
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the demand of the role, the organisation are looking for an experience professional with employee relations in financial services.
- Experience of performance management, absence, redundancy and grievances
- EMEA experience
- Experience of multi-site or regional businesses
- Good knowledge of HR
- Ability to build up relationships with senior leaderships
- Ability to advise on mitigation of future ER issues
