£60 - £80k + Benefits & Bonus

Working for an innovative solutions business that consult with many clients across the UK. This role is to manage the portfolio of learning and training programmes that they offer to their clients, managing, creating further content if needed with third parties and other internal teams and working closely with the delivery team to fulfil clients' requirements

Hybrid, coming into the Milton Keynes office on average once a week/fortnight

DUTIES

• Working across the learning academy, you will manage the portfolio of learning products that are delivered to external clients
• Manage the budget and P&L for the function
• This is a stand alone role however has a huge amount of interaction with stakeholders and external parties
• Work closely with the sales teams to understand the client's needs and make sure the portfolio of programmes is suitable
• Build a strategy to deliver, understand the market, and own the portfolio
• Monitor performance of the products/ programmes to ensure their impact is as the clients require
• Create the commercial framework around new product and partnership opportunities
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Global Operations to identify the best format to deliver products to market

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience of programme management across the training and development space
• Able to manage and understand a full set of products in a portfolio and be able to recommend to internal sales teams and external clients
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Experience from a training provider or similar organisation is highly desirable
• Innovation to develop the portfolio working with internal and external parties to create strategy around new content
