Your new role
You will join the current UK HR team of 12 to assist with their upcoming recruitment needs, both in early careers and experienced hiring. The company are currently looking at expanding by 150 heads, across contract-to-permanent conversion, new hires, and replacement hires. Along with being responsible for this recruitment, you will also be hands on with implementing new processes and models around internship programmes, pipeline management programme, converting current contractors to permanent. You will occasionally liaise with other offices and senior stakeholders globally. You will be responsible for managing the candidate process from talent attraction right through to offer and will be expected to proactively source/pipeline.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience recruiting for experienced hires and graduate roles in the Financial Services sector. You will preferably have experience recruiting into technology roles although this is not essential. You will have dealt with senior stakeholders and have managed a candidate database such as LinkedIn Recruiter. You will need to commit to an initial 12-month FTC and hybrid model of 3 days in the London office (days can be flexible).
