Talent Acquisition Specialist - Commercial

  • £29,000 + Quarterly bonuses

Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a technology firm on a Talent Acquisition Specialist position.

This role is a remote based role to be based in the UK. This is a great role with a great growing tech firm. They are circa 200 employees, and this role would be recruiting globally across all of technology. They serve millions of active users across the globe on a daily basis via tech and operations hubs in more than 10 countries.

The business is looking for further growth, you will need to be a personality that likes working at incredible speed and pace in a quick changing environment. This is a real entrepreneurial environment.

This is an ideal for someone who has worked in house or in an agency and want to move to an inhouse position. We do need someone who has worked across commercial recruitment before recruiting various roles including Marketing, Sales, Finance and Business Development specialists. The successful candidate should be able to speak to candidates in this arena and work on live vacancies from day one.

This role reports to the Head of Talent in the business and you can be based anywhere in the UK.

  • Agency or inhouse recruiter / TA specialist who has recruited across commercial roles
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead vacancies from start to finish
  • Able to work globally
