Interim Future Skills and Learning Lead - Immediate start - Hybrid working Sunbury, up to £424 per day inside scope IR35

A global matrix oil and gas business based in Sunbury.


You will work within a fast moving global business to help build future capabilities. You will identify learning needs and streamline the learning offering. You will project manage the curation, design and maintenance of learning portfolios as well as identify and build relationships with subject matter experts in the business.

The successful candidate will have a background gained in fast pace, global matrix businesses, where you they will have built future skills, embedded processes and enabled digital skills. Experience in a sales, marketing or supply chain management business would be an advantage. You will be able to demonstrate International Project management, Agility principles, excellent stakeholder management and engagement, as well as experience of learning and development of internal and external partners/reps/distributors/franchisee) networks, Strategic implementation, Change management and Problem solving capabilities.
It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a contract until the end of the year.
