Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a Manufacturing company to help recruit a Leadership Development & Talent Partner.

This role is a remote based role to be based in the UK with minimum travel to London. This is a great role working with an established L&D team to support the management, design and delivery of core Leadership programmes across the organisation.

The business is looking for an experienced individual who has knowledge and experience of Leadership development theories, design and is able to build and maintaing strong relationships with external providers and manage various curriculums.

This role reports to the Head of Talent & Leadership and you can be based anywhere in the UK.

  • Experiened Learning & Development specialist.
  • Must have proven experience of deisign and delivery of leadership programmes.
  • Resiliant and persuasive with good communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
