The business has ambitious plans for growth and this is a brilliant opportunity for a confident and ambitious HRBP to support with L&D strategy, performance reviews, the introduction of a new graduate/apprenticeship programme and general support around full employee life cycle. There will be lots of interesting projects to get involved in and a huge opportunity to really make an impact.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to CIPD level 5 and have HRBP experience having worked for a business that has a customer focus. There is a real team culture here and everyone rolls up their sleeves, therefore a positive and proactive approach is a must.
