The role of the Learning and Development Operations Team Lead will be to assist with day to day Learning and Development operational activities through administration and reporting.

The client is a large Building and Construction service company based in Leatherhead.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Learning and Development Operations Team Lead will be to:

  • Manage day to day operational activities of the function
  • Supervise L&D assistants
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Monitor workshop feedback
  • Customer query resolution
  • L&D mailbox management
  • Accurate budget transaction recording
  • Support L&D BPs with key tasks and projects
  • Preparation and issues of invitations - joining instructions, manage attendance and engagement
  • Training needs analysis on an annual basis
  • E-learning roll-out plan with external vendors
  • Creation of new content across all modules ensuring quality standards are maintained

Profile

The successful candidate for the Learning and Development Operations Team Lead position will have:

  • Knowledge and understanding of L&D operation activities
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Knowledge of E-Learning processes
  • CIPD (desirable) / relevant HR/L&D knowledge
  • Ability to build good stakeholder relationships
  • Engage and motivate a small team
  • Building and Construction Industry experience (desirable, not essential)

Job Offer

On offer for the candidate will be:

  • Full time, permanent position based in Leatherhead
  • Salary up to £40,000
  • Free parking on site
