I am partnering with an international asset management firm; they are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their busy HR team.
You will be covering the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will be the first point of contact for all HR, Payroll and Benefits queries, coordinating meetings and interviews, completing rights to works checks and updating benefits and payroll administration. You will also attend job fairs, utilize the ATS, work with the Recruiter taking part in specialised recruitment projects and updating the ATS.
The successful HR Administrator will be motivated and have a can-do attitude. You will have over 2 years of experience in a similar HR Admin, Officer, or Coordinator position, it is essential that you have experience working within Financial Services, knowledge of SMCR would be of great benefit.
You will be used to working at pace in a busy environment and be flexible and agile to change. Ideally, you will have experience managing HRIS, payroll and benefits systems and experience of administration of payroll and benefits. You will need to have the skills to communicate with senior stakeholders, building relationships at all levels.
This is a great opportunity to work with a high performing company in a busy HR team. You will work closely with the HR Director, Business Partner and Head of Recruitment and have exposure to senior leaders.
