I am working on newly created, high profile, Resourcing Compliance role for a national business, can be 100% remote in the UK, with a HO in Milton Keynes.
The purpose of the role is to support the Head of Resourcing by ensuring all the recruitment policies are fit for purpose and check that they are being implemented across all the areas of the business.

I am working on newly created, high profile, Resourcing Compliance role for a national business, can be 100% remote in the UK, with a HO in Milton Keynes.
The purpose of the role is to support the Head of Resourcing by ensuring all the recruitment policies are fit for purpose and check that they are being implemented across all the areas of the business.
With over 45000 employees, this role has a national remit and will be varied and challenging.
The duties will cover all aspects of recruitment compliance and governance, including writing and sense checking policies around secondment, redeployment, right to work and background checks, E,D & I recruitment assurance design and much more!

Profile
