They seeking a driven Junior Management-level, Senior Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator to join their team.
As the Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator, you'll be responsible for attracting, assessing, and developing the best graduates for their London trainee programme. You'll be coordinating all aspects of the firm's participation in various law fairs and other recruitment presentations and events throughout the UK, attending the events as a representative of the graduate recruitment team and managing relationships with on-campus societies.

In addition, you'll work with external providers, on their brand ambassador campaign and develop and maintain recruiting materials, presentations, and other relevant information for the London trainee programme.

You'll review and assess applications for vacation schemes, 1st-year programmes, and training contracts, manage the interview process for all programmes, and oversee the applicant tracking system. You'll also work with their external assessment provider on changes and updates to their assessment process and manage the offer process for all candidates.

They are looking for early careers professionals with law firm experience, although they're open to considering candidates from the wider professional services sector as well. As the ideal candidate, you'll have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to infuence stakeholder decision making. You'll be able to work independently and as part of a team, managing competing priorities effectively.
