Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a Senior Reward Advisor / Manager for a FTSE 100 business based in Coventry. This is a full time, permanent opportunity based out of their Head Office based in Coventry.

About the role:

You'll be critical in helping shape and deliver the Company's reward framework. You'll ensure that the company are recognising and rewarding the value that employees bring to the Company to help us attract, retain and motivate. You will need to build strong working relationships with our HR Business Partners and Resourcing teams, working with the business to advise on the most effective reward and benefits package. Must be able to advice and influence across the Company to ensure that salary offers are fair, consistent and appropriate for the individual business needs.

Key Accountabilities and Experience Required:

The successful candidate will be able build strong, collaborative relationships across HR and the wider business. Must be able to provide relevant and commercially appropriate Reward solutions. There will be an expectation to support the Reward manager to help deliver strategic change in the Reward and Benefits framework.

This role comes with a fantastic starting salary of up to £52,000 per annum + Annual bonus and a wider benefit scheme.
