Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a Regulatory company to help recruit a HR Services Manager. This role is a full time, permanent role working on a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in their central Birmingham office and 3 days remotely.
The HR Services Manager will report into the Head of HR Operations and managing a team of upto 7 individuals of varied levels. You will be delivering HR Services to an organisation of upto 700 employees across miltiple locations and be responsible for the delivery of customer focused HR and Payroll processes and Administration services.
The successful candidate will be a well rounded HR Generalist, but must have experience and knowledge of working with 3rd party payroll companies as they will have final sign off responsibility to the Director.

- HR Generalist with experience of Managing a wider HR team
- Must have knowledge and experience of Payroll and 3rd party payroll companies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with external suppliers
- Delivering HR services to a large organisation.
