This role would be working in the Northampton office for two days per week.

Oakleaf Partnership Midlands, are partnering with a financial organisation on a HR Shared Services Manager role based in Northampton.

This is a brilliant role reporting into the Global Benefits Lead. The successful candidate will have strong benefits experience and have working experience working in a operations function or shared services delivery function. This is a brilliant role for someone who likes to manage people ( manages a team of 7 ) and has benefits experience and experience of governance and controls.

Duties:
  • Work in partnership with the HR operations and control teams to shape and develop customer experience and deliver benefit related business objectives
  • Direct line management of eight employeesLead on the delivery of benefits and rewards impacting projects for the firmEnsure the integrity of the benefits reconciliation process Develop, manage and maintain benefits operational procedures and processes Ensure the benefit operational servicing and processing meets the need of the customers and the business
