Oakleaf Partnership are representing a consumer business based in Leicestershire who are recruiting for a Reward Consultant who can come in and revamp their Reward offering.
What is the role?
Currently this organisation has little to no reward management in place, they are looking to create a people first, experience focused, human centric model. They will be looking for someone who can audit existing processes and run gap analysis, as well as being able to lead on writing a total reward strategy to include pay principles (Alongside HRD).
What will candidates need
Candidates who wish to be considered for this position will need:
- Analytics skills- to include equity/ gender analysis; Comp analysis and forward planning
- Ability to road map / project map the change management requirements.
- Review pay and bonus structures against commercial roles and incentives and propose new solutions.
- Set up an operating calendar with cyclical events eg an annual rem review process and procedures and letter templates etc.
