Senior HR Advisor

HYBRID SENIOR HR ADVISOR ROLE DERBY CITY CENTRE

My client is a long-established service sector organisation close to Derby City Centre.

Your new role

Reporting to the HR Director you will provide comprehensive day-to-day generalist HR support to all Group Companies, including on boarding, performance management, disciplinary and grievance, worker complaints,
employee benefits, best practice, employment law, policies and procedures and terms and
conditions.

• Promote equality and diversity throughout the group and advise managers on best practise.
• Support managers with the annual salary review process, including collating benchmark data as required.
• Produce the data for the Group HR Board Report.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally CIPD qualified
• Strong employment law and ER knowledge
• Ideally experience of having dealt with settlement agreements
• Strong IT skills to produce HR management information
• Hands on approach
