French Payroll Specialist - 9 month FTC - Paris, France - Hybrid

Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a well known retailer, who have seen huge growth in the past 4 years, who are recruiting for a French Payroll Specialist, on a 9 month FTC. This role will be responsible for the analysis, execution and support of the Southern Europe payroll operations and will be based in Paris, France.

The French Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

  • Preparing Southern Europe payroll data for payroll processing by third party payroll administration partners, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all payroll cycles
  • Manage payroll inputs related to base pay, disability and leaves, Time & Attendance work schedule changes
  • Management of all new hires onboarding documents, employee lifecycle changes such as leavers
  • Prepare calculations on a monthly basis of regional Commission scheme and other compensation elements

Key Skills:

  • Oral and written fluency in both French and English is essential for this role
  • Significant experience in French payroll and full knowledge of legislation's within the Southern Europe markets
  • Exposure to working with third party providers
