Your new company
Hays are partnering with a multi-site global manufacturing organisation to support the recruitment of an experienced HR professional. With sites based in Norfolk, you will be supporting a busy HR team as they continue to grow, develop, and thrive.

This role offers hybrid working. There is occasional travel expected between sites.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will provide first line generalist support to stakeholders across the business. This role is crucial for the success and efficient running of the HR function, with duties composed of the below:

  • HR Administration and queries
  • Leading on employee relations cases, including the support of investigations, manager guidance, and note taking.
  • Analysing HR data and escalating any patterns
  • Updating HR policies in line with employment law
  • Supporting projects and initiatives
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have qualified experience in generalist HR, in an entry level role, or at HR Assistant/Officer level. Holding a CIPD accreditation is desired. Crucially, you will be a self-starter, driven, and innovative. You will be able to prioritise workload, and be proactive in your approach. Being an excellent communicator, both written and verbal is key to the success of this role, as you balance requirements from stakeholders all across the business.
