Our client is look for a HR Administrator to join there team on a full time basis. You will be joining the team to support the HR Advisor and HR Manager

Client Details

This client is a market leading legal business, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking for a HR Administrator to join their team. The successful applicant will gain exposure to all areas of HR administration, and will be offered a competitive basic salary of up to £24,000, excellent benefits package, and ample opportunity for progression.


Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to HR Advisors
  • Participating in team meetings, providing regular updates when needed
  • Query resolution
  • Recording and processing absences, conducting health and welfare reviews when necessary
  • Monitoring and managing the HR inbox
  • Assisting with employee relations related issues
  • Updating and maintaining employee files
  • Tracking probationary periods
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required


The successful HR Administrator will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • CIPD L3 or above (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • IT literate, including Microsoft Office applications
  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn

Job Offer

  • A salary of up to £24,000
  • Working hours - 9-5:30 Monday - Thursday, 9-5 Fridays
