Description
Your responsibilities will be but not limited too:
- Meeting with line manager to get detailed briefing of the roles
- Advertising vacancies
- Candidate attraction
- Marketing
- Following market trends to gain the best knowledge in the local market and candidate attraction
- Source candidates and shortlist the relevant candidates for the line managers
- Organise pre interview calls and interviews
- Offer letters
- Compliance
Profile
- Proven experience in a similar role
- High communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise tasks
