Job Details

Our client is looking for a HR Administrator to join their team, you will be supporting the HR Advisor and Head of HR with all HR administration issues.

Our client is leading in the Finance industry and continuously growing. They are looking to expand their team with a HR Administrator.
Description
The HR Administrator will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to HR Advisors
- Participating in team meetings, providing regular updates when needed
- Query resolution
- Recording and processing absences, conducting health and welfare reviews when necessary
- Monitoring and managing the HR inbox
- Assisting with employee relations related issues
- Updating and maintaining employee files
- Tracking probationary periods
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Profile
he successful HR Administrator will have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- CIPD L3 or above (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- IT literate, including Microsoft Office applications
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn
