HR Business Partner (12M FTC), Healthcare, Band 7 (circa £41,000-47,000), Kings Lynn, Hybrid Offering

Your new company
Hays are partnering with a well-known healthcare provider to support the recruitment of a HR Business Partner within their clinical and non-clinical departments. This role is currently offered on a 12-month FTC and sits within Band 7 (circa £41,000-47,000). Supporting the Deputy Director or HR, and liaising with directors, divisional managers, and other stakeholders, you will provide a full range of HR Business Partnering Support across the function and wider site.

This role requires a minimum of 3 days on site in Kings Lynn.

Your new role
You will be the HR lead to a designated department, providing the full range of HR Business Support to Divisional Directors, and Departmental Managers. Within this role, you will be a key part of the Divisional HRBP team. You will provide a comprehensive range of HR advice and support, facilitating access to other specialist HR and training learning services, internally and externally.

You will help the directors through the identification and delivery of business plans, and service developments within the trust's corporate strategy. Working collaboratively, you will make suggestions for the development, implementation, and maintenance of site strategy, ensuring all plans and polices align.

Within your role, you will have exposure to the following responsibilities:

  • Advise and support managers on the interpretation and application of Trust HR policies and procedures, conditions of service and employment law.
  • Provide advice and guidance on all organisational change directives.
  • Assist and support managers through all stages of HR procedures, including investigations, panels, and appeals.
  • Providing high level support in the management of performance, misconduct, or sickness absence issues.
  • Assisting in the identification of staff costs and inefficiencies.
  • Specialist advise on the aspect of Employment Law.
  • Working to create working conditions to secure high levels of workplace morale, motivation, productivity, and innovation.
  • Recruitment duties.
  • Learning and development Support.
  • Line management of Assistant HRBP's/Advisors.
  • Undertake strategic and adhoc work.
  • Other duties commensurate of role grading and expectations.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will hold CIPD professional qualifications and have evidence of working within a relevance professional HR role. You will have proven leadership skills, and experience in services planning, objective setting, and performance management. You will have experience of managing case work and demonstrable achievements of effective HR strategy.

You will have a broad knowledge of professional issues, including national, local, and legislative developments. You will be able to work in a complex environment and manage conflicts through to resolution. You will have evidence of creative strategic thinking and experience of translating business needs, into fruition.
