Reward Lead
12 month contract (scope to go permanent)
London hybrid
Competitive salary
You will be joining a global investment management company to lead on the reward functions. You will be responsible to lead small reward projects, to successfully report back to the wider HR team and roll-out regulatory reports.
Requirements
- Experience in Financial services
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- A strong understanding of financial services regulations
- Asset management experience is ideal
- Strong attention to detail and a key team player
- Able to review and support wider HR papers and reports
- Strong communication skills to work alongside senior stakeholders
- Able to lead on small projects
