A mental health support charity are looking for an interim HR Business Partner to join at short notice, based in London. The role is to support in a true partnering role and to lead on a variety of change management restructure programs.

Description

A HR Business Partner to:

- Act as a key member of the HR team

- Build and maintain good working relationships

- Provide guidance on HR matters to identify issues and provide solutions

- Act as a HR Business Partner to the wider business

- Ensure policies and processes are efficient and up to date

- Coach and advise the business on change programs, including mergers, acquisitions, TUPE and redundancies

- Identify and suggest working practice improvements and identify change

Profile

A HR Business Partner with:

- Experience of leading change programs

- Not-for-profit experience desirable

Job Offer

HR Business Partner Role - initial 3 months, with a potential permanent role

Available immediately or at short notice

London Based

£200-250 PAYE

Mostly remote - occasional travel to London
