Reward Manager (International) - 6 Month Interim

Frazer Jones are working with one of the world's largest and most prestigious law firms to find them a Reward Manager who can join them on an interim basis for at least the next 6 months. Based in their stunning City offices (hybrid - 2 days per week) you'll be working alongside the wider Reward team but focusing on their international offices rather than the UK.

The role will have some generalist Reward elements but the key driver for it is to support them with the upcoming global comp round, engage with stakeholders and help them review the process and implement changes/improvements.

Duties will include working on the full cycle of annual salary and bonus review and acting as a point of contact for escalations and advice.

There will also be other projects that they would like you involved with, including job evaluations, and looking at harmonising their global bonus plans.

What they are looking for is an experience Reward Manager or Senior Reward Analyst/Advisor with strong analytical ability and advanced Excel. Experience with SuccessFactors is essential.

Ideal candidates with be available immediately (but they will consider people on a months' notice) and have experience gained in a partnership or professional services environment.

You should have an analytical and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing environment. Being adaptable is key along with strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills. You should have a strong understanding of variable compensation practices within different jurisdictions.

The role is offering a competitive salary as a fixed term contract, but they will also consider candidates looking to work on a Day Rate basis.
