Senior HR Advisor | Permanent & Temporary Role Available | £38,000 - £43,000 DOE | South Manchester | Hybrid


Exciting opportunity within the Education Sector for a personable, knowledgeable Senior HR Advisor to join a growing team in a warm, welcoming environment, in a newly created role. Excellent opportunity for development paired with the ability to shape your new role and have exposure across the full HR remit within the organisation.

Your New Role

Within your new role, you will support 500 employees across multiple sites (all within a 5-mile radius). You will join a close-knit HR team and support across the HR function, responsibilities including;

  • ER Casework (low level to complex).
  • Coaching & Advising Management.
  • Policy & Procedure.
  • Change Management (liaising with 3rd parties).
  • Recruitment
  • Project Work


It is key you are a knowledgeable, self-sufficient professional with strong knowledge of current employment law and the capability to build long lasting relationships across the organisation.

There is huge opportunity for support with further learning and additional qualifications as learning/growth is embedded within the culture of the organisation - an excellent fit for a passionate, driven HR professional.

What You Will Need

  • Demonstrable experience and proven track record in a similar role i.e. employee relations or HR.
  • Experience in training, advising and coaching colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of current employment law and legislation.
  • Experienced in relationship building.
  • Personable, patient and approachable individual.
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Experience within the education sector (Desirable)
  • Deep belief in the value of the People Services function, and their own ability to make a valuable difference to the organisation.
