Global Compensation Manager (FTC)

Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading global consultancy business based in the heart of London. The company is looking for a Global Compensation Manager to join their reward function on 6-month fixed term contract for maternity cover. Working as the Global Compensation Manager, you'll have an international remit, engage with senior stakeholders and be involved in project management. This is a pure compensation role supporting with benchmarking, data analysis, various projects and performance management processes. You will be working in matrix structure and dealing with large complex data sets. You'll support the execution and strategy of compensation matters to ensure the company has the most effective compensation practices in place. You'll work closely with senior Directors and the leadership population to drive and support ongoing compensation initiatives as well as proactively identify trends to offer guidance and insights.

You must be a specialist in compensation matters and be comfortable working in a fast paced global matrix environment where you will have to be versatile and adaptable. You should be effective at working with large data sets and driving compensation projects. You must have strong communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with senior leadership across the company. You must be happy with ambiguity and an everchanging and evolving environment. The role will offer a competitive salary with a completion bonus. The role also has the option to be available on a day rate. You'll need to be able to travel to their central London office 2 days per week.
