Oakleaf Partnership is currently patterning with a boutique financial services firm based in Central London who are seeking a HR Coordinator to join their HR team.
About the role:
You will be working alongside the HR team, a team of 6 performing a well-rounded generalist HR role. Responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding administration, supporting in performance management, being the first point of contact for any HR queries, producing and analysing reports as well as supporting on an array of HR projects.
Candidate Profile / Experience:
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of generalist HR experience and have come from a financial services background. Team fit is crucial in this role so someone who is proactive, intuitive and ambitious would work well.
