Oakleaf Partnership is currently patterning with a global financial services firm based in London who are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their HR Operations team.
About the role:
You will be working alongside the HR Operations team, a team of 3 managing all complex ER cases, providing advice and guidance to all UK-based employees, producing all HR-related documentation, coordinating the leaver process and managing the global mobility process, maintaining key relationships with external immigration counsel. You will also be exposed to the wider HR function and can get involved with an array of HR projects.
Candidate Profile / Experience:
The successful candidate will have 5 years of overall HR experience with 2 years at the advisor level. Strong employee relations experience, having managed a varied ER caseload. Confident in dealing with stakeholders and have experience working within a large financial services organisation ideally.
