A new and exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor with ER experience to join a top academy group in South London. Regular travel to East London sites and offering hybrid sites.
Client Details
A top Academy group with sites all across London (this one will be based in Wimbledon and East London sites).
Description
The candidate will be responsible for:
- providing comprehensive generalist HR Advice to all line managers and members of staff.
- offering full ER advice, on all things to do with case work on grievances, absences, disciplinaries etc - being the expert on all things ER.
- working with the recruitment team to provide help on gaps in the workforce and support the recruitment process.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- prior experience in an ER focused role, with proven experience in leading on ER cases.
- 2 years experience within a generalist HR Advisor role in the education sector.
- experience in coaching and leading other members with your team.
