Description
To advance the People Teams impact by championing Compensation and Benefits as part of HRIS programme. Enabling clusters of European countries go live with a single solution, aimed at positioning the organisation as an employer of choice.
The People team puts the colleague at the heart of what we do to develop a level of service that emulates the brand and maximises colleague experience.
My client is looking for a Compensation, Benefits & HRIS specialist, to govern how these interact with and leverage all other system areas with a strong understanding of benefit structures, total reward, variable pay and incentives, and compensation. You will consult and provide guidance on Compensation and Benefits design for the HRIS solution, providing expertise and guidance on the benefits of automating and standardising these functionalities
- Create a benefit workflow and selection process as necessary
- Design total reward statements
- Create benefit booklets and documentation for all European territories
- Partner in the design, development, and administration of employee benefit programs such as life insurance; pension plans; voluntary benefits; bonus, LTIP salary sacrifice and benefits related to government programs in all regions of the project.
- Manages the communications related to employee benefits and compensation activities, including preparing and conducting presentations for Sr. Leaders and the Organization. Develops effective employee communications to improve understanding of benefit plans.
- Ensures full compliance with all legislation and company regulations, reporting and filing requirements relating to all benefit plans. Ensures timely communications to senior management in advance of any compliance concerns and issues.
- Manages the design of the auto-enrolment process for all benefit and pension programs, including the development of timelines, communication plan across our Europe
- Partners with other members of People, Finance, and Management to ensure all programs are accurate within the HRIS solution
- Acts as a key link to the in house reward team, designing compensation and benefits systemic solutions inline with the Group reward roadmap
- Prepares a pay review and bonus compensation tool that systemically helps to deliver a compliant fair and auditable pay review process
- Works on compensation and benefits projects for all divisions in Europe. Investigates and provides recommendations on new compensation and benefits programs in different regions where the company operates
Profile
The successful candidate be an existing Reward/Compensation & Benefits specialist, who has supported on HRIS transformation activities from a Reward perspective.
You will ideally have experience of;
- Working with clients, internal or external, to identify and provide compensation and benefits knowledge for large projects
- Analysis discussions to ensure the solution requirements match the system setup
- Creation and maintenance of standard operating procedure implementing Benefits Program
- Previous experience in deploying HRIS solutions across multiple territories would be beneficial
