Urgent interim Financial Controller needed - Telford
 
Ashley Kate Finance are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading organisation in their search for a Financial Controller. This is a part time interim with an immediate start and a competitive salary. 
 
Working closely with the Chairman you will be an experienced Financial Controller ideally with a background in manufacturing you will be responsible for the full financial agenda for the business.  Key projects you will be managing included managing cash flow, leading on the Accounts receivable and payable.  Reporting Monthly MI and also working on a system upgrade process.  Managing payroll runs and sailing with HRMC
 
 
Financial Controller - Qualifications & experience:
 
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Significant exposure to statutory and management account preparation.
Good management experience in leading and managing people.
Being a visible team member, offering proactive input to drive the business forward.
Comprehensive and up-to-date technical awareness of accounting standards and budget setting and monitoring.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Personally Effective - excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and delegate.
Ability to seek out, manage and influence opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ability to analyse complex operational/statistical information and produce accurate/intelligent forecasts and plans.
Willing to work flexibly to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering would be useful.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
