L&D Specialist

  • 12 months interim
  • £330 per day inclusive of holiday pay
  • Leading global financial services firm
  • Hybrid, 2 days in the office
  • Offices based in The City of London, nearest station is Liverpool Street.

I am partnering with a global and leading financial services firm, they are looking for an L&D Specialist to support, scope, deliver, design and evaluate learning activities, resources and programmes across EMEA. This company are currently going through a large HR Transformation including new systems migrations.

The role

You will be working closely with key stakeholders, vendors and core internal service providers building strong, trusting relationships. You will deliver the L&D engagement strategy and programme management across EMEA. This entails, taking ownership of the LMS, creating content on development opportunities, delivery programme management for professional qualifications, apprenticeships and technical training. You will produce reports, presentations, identifying risks and raise awareness and engagement for events and programmes.

Profile

You will need to have strong experience working within financial services in a similar L&D role ideally within financial services or a similar large matrix organisation. You will be able to confidently advise and problem solve, working with a varied level of stakeholders. You will have experience and keep up to date with learning and development and provide advice and solutions to improve. You will be engaging and confident in nature and have a passion for ensuring a positive experience for employees and customers.
