Job Details
My clinet who is a leading manafacturing is looking for an experienced HRBP for a 6 month contract psotion. This is a remote working position so you can be based anywhere in the country.
You will be working with the UK HR team and recognised as dedicated HR Business Partner to the designated functions in order to ensure we deliver best practice HR in line with statutory, Company governance and contribute to the delivery of functional/business objectives.
To work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the business.
In your capacity as HRBP operating within the designated function, you will advise, guide and support staff and managers by providing high level people management and development support across designated directorates.
