12 Month contract - Full time - Office Based - Southport - Immediate start - Monday - Friday
Your new company
My client a leading manufacturer within pharmaceuticals is seeking a professional HR / Project Administrator to join their team on a 12 month basis covering maternity.
Your new role
The position is being offered as full time Monday - Friday with working hours of 08.00am - 16.30pm. Based on site from the offices located in Southport
Salary on offer in between £23,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to
Onboarding of new starters
Offboarding of leavers
Maintaining and creating detailed personnel records
Monitoring sickness absence
Sending out offer letters and contracts
Setting up paper files
Dealing and setting up new and amended shift patterns
Collating ED&I statistics
General HR administration
What you'll need to succeed
Great eye for detail
Strong knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft suite
CIPD Level 3
Personable and professional
Quick to pick things up
