HR Officer

Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our client through a period of growth, as they recruit for 2 HR Officers to join their HR function! One role will be based in Lymm and the Other in Manchester. This company have grown significantly, and you will have the chance to work alongside a dedicate HR team.
 
Our client has a number of sites in the warrington area, with expansion plans across Manchester, so the ideal candidate will be flexible to travel locally if needed to other sites to support Managers. This is a permanent role, offering £28k-30k DOE.
 
This candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and work alongside the wider HR team,
·Offering first line advice on policies & process
·Support each site with high volumes of ER - investigations, Disciplinary & grievances.
·Absence management and performance management
·To support the HR team in implementing HR initiatives
·Support the on boarding and leavers process
·HR metric reporting and become the HR system super user
·Deliver training to managers
·Manage ad hoc HR administration as required
 
We seek an experienced HR Officer who has vast experience in Employee relations across absence, performance and disciplinary processes. You work closely with and coach managers as building strong relationships with stakeholders is very important across multiple sites .
