HR Business partner (International) London - Hybrid up to £65000pa + benefits
Your new role
Great opportunity for a Generalist HR Business Partner to join a leading Tech based company. Reporting directly into the COO you will act as the HR expert providing key Stakeholders and Managers with commercially focussed guidance and advice across the full generalist remit. Supporting internationally with coverage across EMEA, US and APAC regions will identify areas of improvement, build high performance and culture and take the lead on change initiatives throughout the business. You will constant policy review, manager ER cases, drive performance as well as working with Manager to develop the resourcing strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have come from a complex and international business
CIPD L5 min (or equivalent)
Confident in your HR knowledge and ability to transition into a standalone HR role.
