West London & Hybrid Working

Salary equivalent of £35,000 - £50,000 pa depending on your experience (would consider more for more senior candidates)

Frazer Jones is partnering with a fantastic igaming company to find a Recruiter on a temporary basis to join their West London office. You will need to be able to start as soon as possible and it will likely be an initial 2-month contract with a possibility to extend or be made permanent.

This role will be working across the full recruitment cycle and providing support and be the first point of contact for the hiring managers and have the opportunity to run your own project. It is a hybrid role and will be required in the office ideally 2 days per week.

Role responsibilities:

• Active sourcing across business areas
• Advertising vacancies on various platforms
• Handling the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage, collaborating with the relevant internal teams
• Act as a first point of contact for hiring managers and agencies when needed
• To provide guidance on the on-boarding process ensuring we have everything in place before the candidate starts
• Producing recruitment reports

Candidate experience:

• Ideally more than 3 years with end-to-end recruitment experience, both within an agency or internally
• Ideally worked in a high volume environment
• Ideally worked with
• Proven ability to actively source and build pipelines
• Proactive, passionate and forward-thinking
• Excellent professional and communication skills
