Job Details
HR Administrator Temp to Perm Job, based in Bushey, Watford. Paying between £13.73 - £18.47 per hour (£25-30k per annum).

A college, based in Bushey, Watford.
Your new role
To support the Director of Human Resources in the provision of a high quality, proactive HR service for the School, including maintaining the Single Central Register (SCR) and administration of absence management, recruitment, induction and performance review.
What you'll need to succeed
- Must have 5 GCSE's A-C or equivalent
- Degree or equivalent (desirable)
- Must have experience working in a school or other educational establishment
- Must have an understanding/experience of using and maintaining databases
- Experience working with policies to ensure implementation and compliance
What you'll get in return
- 40 hours per week
- Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm
- 25 days paid holiday + 8 bank holidays
- Initially £13.73-£18.47 per hour
