Description
As the HR Business Partner you will play a critical role in delivering the HR plan. The role reports into and works closely with the Director of HR, who is forward thinking, collaborative and supportive. This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused HR Business Partner to gain exposure to all areas of HR and really make an impact.
The HR Business Partner will work at both an operational and strategic level, working on multiple projects, ensuring full alignment to the short, medium, and long-term business objectives. You will be supporting the leadership teams with all elements of people management activity.Profile
- CIPD Qualified to Level 5/7
- An HR generalist with significant experience of providing support to stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of the full employee lifecycle, ideally within a regulated setting
- Commercially focused
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience of working on multiple projects
