Hays are excited to represent a multi-site, leading, well-known brand in Milton Keynes, who are seeking a permanent ER Partner / ER Specialist to join their busy HR team.

Your new role
As a permanent ER Specialist / ER Partner, you will be part of a busy HR team, responsible for managing complex ER cases from end-end, partnering with senior stakeholders and providing face-face advice and guidance on appeal cases, complex grievance and disciplinary cases and long and short term sickness absence cases. You will also be responsible for coaching and delivering training to managers on HR best practice and updating HR policies and procedures when required. This is a hybrid role, 2 days based in Milton Keynes, 1 day based in London and 2 days home based per week.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an ER Partner / ER Specialist or as an HR Advisor who has extensive experience managing complex ER cases in a large organisation and managing cases from end-end.
