Hays are excited to represent a multi-site, leading, well-known brand in Milton Keynes, who are seeking a permanent HR BP to join their busy HR team.


Your new role
As a permanent HR BP, you will be part of busy HR team, reporting to a Senior HR BP. This is a varied, generalist HR BP role, both hands on and operational and strategic:
Duties will include:
Business Partnering and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Managing re-structures, TUPE and redundancies, consultations, liaising with unions, overseeing calculations and letters.
Supporting with ER issues.
Coaching and delivering training on HR best practice.
Supporting with succession planning and talent management.
Travel required 1 day per week to London, 2 days Milton Keynes and 2 days working from home.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR BP or Senior HR Advisor within a large organisation. You must have experience managing multiple HR projects at a time. You must have experience managing redundancies and TUPE from end-end.
