I'm recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner for a Leading Organisation in Central Bristol. Candidates will ideally be immediately available and have strong ER casework experience. This is for an interim assignment, initially for 3 months, due to increased workload. You will provide advice and support to managers in all aspects of the employee life cycle and employee relations.
Profile
The right Interim HR Business Partner will;
- Be CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Extensive experience of Employee Relations casework
- A confident decision maker who can proceed reassurance and support to others credibly.
- Highly skilled at offering pragmatic employee relations advice.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and the ability to translate this into clear, usable information/actions.
- Proven ability to drive best practice in HR operations.
Job Offer
£40k - £45k - 3 month FTC
Hybrid, flexible working, with 1/2 days a week in the central Bristol office.
