Recruitment Manager

I am supporting a leading Professional Services organisation in their search for a Recruitment Manager to join on a full time, permanent basis.

This role will focus on recruiting Auditors and Tax professionals so it is vital that you come from a similar background and have extensive experience of resourcing for these roles.
 
Main duties -
 
·Overseeing the recruitment operation  and managing a team of 2.
·Delivery of key strategic recruitment projects including Attraction Strategy, Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Value Proposition.
·Identifying and improving processes.
·Creating engaging recruitment material to post on social media channels.
·Overseeing the PSL relationship with support from the Recruitment.
 
Essential experience -
 
·You will come from a professional services background, ideally with experience of recruiting tax and/or audit professionals.
·Experience leading and supporting interviews with senior stakeholders.
·Experience of direct sourcing / headhunting.
·A confident communicator, able to deal comfortably and credibly with staff at all levels, both internally and externally.
