Your new role
This is an exciting role for a HR Manager to support a multi-sites company and work as part of the wider HR function. You'll partner with key stakeholders in the business and identify areas for improvement and change. This is an excellent senior generalist HR role where you will use your HR knowledge to the full and have a degree of autonomy.
This role will lead on all employee relations matters, recruitment and employee engagement. You will ensure smooth implementation for any new procedures and policies and have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. This will ensure that the organisation achieves its strategic targets. This role is hybrid with some travel required between sites.
What you'll need to succeed
This role would be suited to a professional with experience working in a Business Partner or Manager level and used to working in a fast paced environment.
CIPD qualification will be beneficial for the role but proven experience will be equally as valuable for this position.
Good IT, excel and reporting skills
